For Next Year - New Lunch Payment System

On July 1, WES will officially become a part of the Mount Greylock Regional School District. With that shift will come several changes, one of which, transitioning to a new lunch payment system, we want to tell you about now for your planning. At the close of this school year, we will be transitioning to a new lunch management system, and we know that we will not directly be able to transfer funds from the old system to the new one. We are working on plans for the school to either individually enter carry-over funds to the new system or refund balances to families; whichever plan we end up using, you will not lose your money! However, knowing there will be a significant transition, we are asking parents to try to limit the amount you put on your children's accounts for the remainder of the school year so there is less money at the end of the year for us to have to transfer or refund. We appreciate your help with this. We will keep you updated on this transition.
