- Mid-term exams are given to students in grades 9-12 taking core courses in math, science, social studies and world languages on January 21 and 22. Exams finish each day at 11:10, and you will note there will be a 25-minute break between them were students will have a chance to take a break.
- Some students may be taking more than one class in a core discipline subject. We give students the chance to take the extra exam during an open time slot or after school with a proctor on Friday 1/17, Tuesday 1/21, Wednesday 1/22 or Thursday 1/23 based on what works best for their own schedules. A google form will be sent to students to help with scheduling those additional exams.
- Students who don’t have an exam during a specific block (let’s say a senior has completed the top level of Latin as a junior and has no language exam) can use that block to 1) take a second exam in another discipline, 2) go home early, 3) come in late, or 4) study in the space designated for students to wait.
